Pricing
You pay for what you use. There is no subscription, no minimum monthly spend, and no contract. Add funds when you want to, and they are drawn down as messages go out.

A segment is 160 characters. Longer messages count as more than one.

Only when the call connects — a call nobody answers is free. Minutes are rounded up, as the carriers bill them.
Phone numbers and registration
Every business needs its own phone number, and US carriers require every business sending texts to be registered with them. Both are charged at what the carrier bills us, times 2.5x.
Registration is a one-off cost when a business is set up. The number and the carrier registration are then billed monthly, whether the business is busy or quiet.
We charge what the carrier charges rather than a flat fee because registration costs differ enormously between business types. A business without a tax ID registers for a fraction of what a large company pays, and we would rather that difference reach you than average it out.

A business missing 60 calls a month, texting each caller back and alerting the owner:

Plus the number and its carrier registration, monthly.
Adding funds
The minimum top-up is $5.00. You can set a balance at which we top up automatically, so texts never stop mid-conversation. It can be turned off at any time.
If your balance runs out, texts pause — but calls keep forwarding to your phone and every lead is still recorded. Nothing is lost, and nothing is disconnected.
