Terms of Service
Last updated 8 August 2026
These terms cover using repliery to reply to your customers. Using the service means agreeing to them.
What the service does
repliery provisions a phone number for your business, forwards calls to it on to your own phone, and sends automated text replies to people who contact you. Registering your business with US mobile carriers is part of the service, and is required before any message can be sent.
Messaging program terms
The repliery messaging program sends automated replies and follow-up messages about a consumer's enquiry to the business they contacted. Message frequency varies based on that consumer's interactions and the follow-up sequence the business has configured. Message and data rates may apply.
Reply STOP at any time to opt out. Reply HELP for help, or email support@repliery.com. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchase.
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. How repliery handles mobile information and messaging consent is described in the Privacy Policy at https://repliery.com/privacy.
What you are responsible for
The registration details you give us are passed to the carriers as a representation about your business. They have to be accurate. A registration submitted with details that are wrong is rejected, and the fees for it are not refundable.
You may use repliery only to message people who have contacted your business themselves — by calling you, texting you, or entering their number into your own contact form having been told you will reply by text. You may not upload, import, or message a purchased or rented list.
You are responsible for the content of your message templates. You may not use them to send anything unlawful, or anything outside what your campaign was registered for. Categories US carriers prohibit outright — including cannabis, illegal substances, loans of the kind classified as high-risk, and gambling — are not permitted regardless of local legality.
If a customer asks you to stop messaging them by any means, that request must be honoured. The service honours it automatically when it can see it.
Paying for it
The service is prepaid. You add funds to a balance and usage is drawn against it at the rates published on the pricing page. There is no subscription and no minimum monthly spend.
Carrier costs that we are billed for — the monthly rental on your phone number, your monthly campaign fee, and the one-off registration fees — are charged to your balance at the published multiple of what the carrier charged us.
Registration fees are charged as they are incurred and are not refundable, including when a registration is rejected. This is because they are not refundable to us either.
If your balance runs out, text messages pause. Calls keep forwarding to your phone and leads are still recorded.
If a payment is reversed or disputed after the balance has been spent, the amount and any fee charged to us are taken back off the balance, which may leave it negative.
Your phone number
The number provisioned for your business is rented from a carrier, monthly, from the moment it is bought. If your account is suspended we hold the number for thirty days before giving it up, because it is likely printed on signage and listings you do not control.
Once a number is released it cannot be recovered, and the carrier may reassign it.
What we do not promise
We cannot promise a message will be delivered. US carriers filter traffic at their own discretion, and a filtered message is still charged for by the carrier.
We cannot promise a registration will be approved, or how long a decision will take. Both are decided by the carrier registry, not by us.
Ending it
You can close your account whenever you like. We may suspend an account that is being used in a way that breaks these terms or puts our own carrier standing at risk, and will say why.
